Tohle opulentní a šílený město nás svými zvyklostmi a možnostmi doslova fascinuje.

Time to say bye, Dubai! ????♀️ I’ve had an incredible time exploring the city – so much so I ended up spending two weeks here instead of one. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The two halves of my trip couldn’t have been more different. I spent the first with #RadissonBlu, staying in their beautiful hotels and amping up the adrenaline with zip lining, skydiving and the fastest rollercoaster in the world ???? But my stay after that was very different. A friend and I booked a place in Deira, in the heart of an area full of migrant workers from India, Philippines and different parts of Africa. It’s a side of Dubai most people don’t normally get to see – and that’s a shame! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Instead of fancy $20 entrées I’ve been enjoying authentic Keralan curries for a dollar or two. My big lunch today – curry, side salad and tandoori roti – cost 12 Emirati dirhams, which is just over $3 or £2.50 ???? It’s about much more than price differences of course, but I think this is the perfect example of how different this part of Deira is from the rest of Dubai. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ TELL ME: Do you like getting off the beaten path in big cities? Or do you prefer to stick to tried and tested areas? ☺️✨ ••• ???? @robynn_d

Have a vision, and tirelessly grind towards it ============== We took a Yellow Boat out to view the Atlantis and the Burj Al Arab from the sea. Along the way, we passed the Dubai Marina, an affluent residential neighbourhood, created from what was just desert. . The forces of economic might are simply just mind-boggling when you realise just what it took to create something like this from scratch. But someone had the vision, and slowly but surely, it all came to fruition. . What's your vision, and are you working towards it? . Does this resonate with you? Share it with someone else who might appreciate this too. . #trainhard #grind #dailygrind #beastmode #dubaimarina #training #dubai #gym #physical #intensity #workout #exercise #pullupbar #calisthenicsworkout #calisthenics #theyellowboats #lsit #strengthandconditioning #practicepracticepractice #vision #whatsyourvision #worktowardsyourdreams #dreams #haveaplan
